How Christ Came to Church

Pastor Gordon waged a losing battle to restore this dead church to fruitful service for Christ and His kingdom. Then one night he dreamed that Christ actually came to his church for the Sunday morning service. He did not believe the dream was a special revelation from God, but he woke up to the neglected truth revealed in Scripture that Christ does come to church. For the first time in his ministry he began to trust Christ to actively take charge of his church. He taught his church board to join him in this commitment. The church was transformed into a powerful gospel lighthouse.
